Glad to have a great dentist in my neighborhood. Dr Casey and Dr Josh are friendly, approachable dentists that make going to the dentist a breeze. They're great at letting you know what's going on and why. I love the technology they employ. Taking digital pictures of your teeth helps you understand your teeth and can expedite a preauthorization for treatment. Pretty neat.
Outstanding dental technicians and dentist. The service is friendly and fairly quick. They are kind, gentle, patient, and obviously enjoy what they do. The facilities are very neat and clean. They are great with kids. The waiting room has items to entertain kids as well.
I checked in for my teeth cleaning appointment 5 minutes early and say waiting for 20 more minutes. When I asked about there being a problem (allotment was already 15 past due, and they had said nothing during that time), the staff looked perplexed and said they'd check on it. Five minutes later, a cheery hygienist showed up as if nothing was wrong. NO apologies or explanations. This is NOT the way to treat a patient of seven years on whom you have made thousands and thousands of dollars. Someone else will be getting my business from now on. :(
